Each of us endeavours to combine knowledge, skills and expertise with a deep humanity. We encourage constant multi-disciplinary learning. We call our people specialised generalists--they come equipped with specific skills but are also curious and open to acquiring deep knowledge in other areas. We encourage immersive experiences--for instance, team members can choose to go live with a farmer family, work at an anganwadi, or for a village sarpanch, or work at a shelter for the homeless. The idea being that each team member then becomes more aware and attuned towards those in need. This is essential for more openness in action and thinking.
